Originally the “Skate Haven” roller skating rink and later the “Antique Station” retail center, this building is experiencing a third rebirth as a medical office complex. Of the 35,000 SF presently under roof, 25,000 SF will be retained and developed into suites of 2,500 SF or greater.

The redevelopment plan includes retaining the original structure and roof deck as well as incorporating sustainable design features such as use of sustainable materials, energy efficient HVAC systems, and requiring sustainable design approaches in the tenant lease agreements.

The front portion of the structure contains a partial basement and second floor with caretaker's apartment. This portion is conventionally framed light gauge metal construction, while the rear portion is a pre-engineered metal frame structure for economy.
