The McKinney Business Center is comprised of three single-story buildings totaling approximately 102,750 SF. Each building was designed as a shell space with 18’ or 24’ clear ceiling height to accommodate uses such as flex office / warehouse, distribution, research & development and manufacturing.

The exterior walls were constructed utilizing “tilt-up” concrete panels which were then finished with a special textured coating. Exterior color selection and accent banding, reveals in the panels, tinted glazing and cable supported aluminum canopies make the buildings visually appealing.
